Residence living naturally involves some loss of personal privacy. Students who are NOT prepared to follow residence policies as outlined in our handbook are advised to find accommodation off campus.
In an effort to provide lifestyle choice options, Kalum Lake Residence and Lakelse Lake Residence are now designated as strictly alcohol-free. Living within these buildings is entirely optional for students over the age of 19, and is mandatory for those students who are under the age of 19. Violation of this policy is considered a severe breach of contract agreement, as it contravenes both provincial law, as well as the rights of those students who choose the alcohol-free lifestyle. Please note that Kalum Lake Residence is a newly renovated building, and as such the rental rates are slightly higher than the other buildings.
There is no accommodation on campus for children.
