Cafeteria Services

Catering

The cafeteria at NWCC can provide catering for events of 100 to 1200 people. For information on having your event catered, please contact:

Lynne Nordstrom at 250-635-6511, local 5219 or email Lynne at lnordstrom@nwcc.bc.ca.

  • Full service " B" dining Lounge Liquor licence

  • We will provide a menu selection list to simplify your events menu requirements

  • We require between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on the size of your function.

Here is a list of some of the functions catered by the NWCC Culinary Students;

  • BC College Controllers Annual Meeting – 20 people
  • Minerals North – 450 people
  • Caledonia Grad – 900 people
  • Culinary Arts Competition (Edmonton, Alta, Whistler, BC)
  • Weddings/Banquets (Buffet style)
  • Christmas Parties
  • Retirement
  • Wine and Cheese
  • BBQ’s
  • Plate Service
  • Gordon Campbell
  • Nathan Cullen
  • Carol James

Fine Dining

  • $35 per person
  • 5/6 course meal
  • Prepared/served by Culinary Arts students, both 1st and 2nd year
  • Occasionally cultural themes are presented such as “Foods from around the Worlds” and “French Bistro Dining Night”
