Automotive Service Technician

Foundation Training

Foundation programs are designed to prepare students with entry-level skills required for employment in the trade. Trades programs provide the solid groundwork for careers and students may receive credit for the first-level Apprenticeship technical training.

Apprentice Level 2

Indentured apprentices combine on-the-job training with formal classroom technical training at Northwest Community College to earn journeyperson classification. To be eligible for apprenticeship training you must be registered as an apprentice with the Industry Training Authority. Registration can be completed at www.itabc.ca.

Apprentice Level 3

Indentured apprentices combine on-the-job training with formal classroom technical training at Northwest Community College to earn journeyperson classification. To be eligible for apprenticeship training you must be registered as an apprentice with the Industry Training Authority. Registration can be completed at www.itabc.ca.

Apprentice Level 4
