PHIL 204 Philosophy and Social Sciences

An examination of the philosophical foundations of the social sciences. The course surveys the history of thought that has shaped and continues to influence the development of the social sciences, including, social, economic, and scientific topics, ideas of methodology; and leading figures such as Comte, Marx and Weber.
