TOUR 110 First Nations Cultural Communication

This course will help bring down barriers between cultures in terms of awareness and communication.  The course will examine cultural definitions, values and beliefs, terminology, and other related issues. A key goal is to create understanding and positive interactions between First Nations and non-First Nations people.  Today’s workers require cross cultural communication skills in order to create an understanding about the dynamic working relationship between First Nations of the Northwest and Canadian Society.
